The Ted G. Wilson Scholarship is provided by the Professional Construction Estimators Association of America. It is a National Scholarship presented to students who reside within the states where the PCEA is currently chartered. These states are Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. This scholarship is valued at $1,000.00.
