Check out a new technology that is part of the evolving methodology  for soliciting for and receiving bids.

We will be discussing some of the inherent risks and benefits of:

3rd party managed/crowd sourced data bases

Utilizing web based platforms to submit bids. 

Online bid leveling and scope review.
